We will welcome you in the Sibillini Mountains National Park, in central Italy, in a stunning and peaceful location at the foot of the magic Monte Sibilla, a very special place, still undiscovered by mass tourism, where you will find a quality self-catering accommodation in our family-run cottage, the ideal hideaway for couples or for a  holiday with your family as well, we have different solutions for a very confortable stay.

Our property is a great base to discover what the area has to offer and a wonderful base for keen walkers. We can help you to organize your stay, with information, maps of the area, guided walks and tours, food and wine experiences and many other activities.

The property has been recently restored to ensure that it is very comfortable and thoughtfully considered so guests can spend a week or more without wanting for anything, located in the grounds of the owners home your privacy is respected at all times.

                            

Cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the location, with spectacular routes from the door to the most famous and interesting locations of the Sibillini National Park, such as the Infernaccio Gorge and the Monte Sibilla, and many other which you can discover with a local hiking guide. The property isn’t completely remote though, as just three miles away lies the village of Montemonaco, with its farmers’ market, restaurants, bakery, bars and local product shops. The Adriatic coast it’s just one hour away by car.

Outside: terrace where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or perfect for relaxing with a glass of something chilled after spending a day hiking the mountains. Ample roadside parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and Wi-Fi included. Bike storage available.      

Dogs welcome at a small additional cost per week.
